Privacy and cookies

Information pursuant to article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) for visitors to the site and for those who write through the contact form.

Data controller

The data controller is Patrizio Landolfi (VAT no. 06013690489), Via Palazzuolo 51, 50028 Barberino Tavarnelle (FI), Italy. For any request about personal data you can write to info@patriziolandolfi.com.

What data we process

We process the data you provide voluntarily by writing through the form on the Contacts page or by email (name, email address, any phone number, subject and content of the message) and the technical browsing data needed for the site to work, described in the section on cookies.

Purposes and legal basis

We use the data to answer requests for information about the works, exhibitions and collaborations and to manage any relationship that may follow (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), to comply with legal obligations (art. 6(1)(c)) and to protect the site from unauthorised access (legitimate interest, art. 6(1)(f)). We do not use the data for promotional mailings without your consent.

Who may receive the data

The data are processed by the controller and by the providers who help manage the website and email, appointed as data processors. They are not disclosed or sold to third parties.

How long

Messages sent through the site are kept for the time needed to reply and in any case no longer than 24 months, unless a contractual relationship follows: in that case the data are kept for the periods required by law.

Your rights

You can ask at any time for access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability, and object to processing (articles 15–22 GDPR), by writing to info@patriziolandolfi.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).

Maps and videos from external services

The map on the Contacts page (Google Maps) and the YouTube videos load only after your consent: until then no data is sent to Google. The exhibition videos uploaded directly to the site do not use external services.

Cookies: list and preferences

Without your consent this site only uses the technical cookies needed for it to work and to remember the language. Maps and videos from external services and any statistics tools are activated only with your consent: on your first visit a banner lets you accept, reject or choose by category, and closing it with the X means rejecting. Your choice lasts 6 months and you can change it at any time from the “Cookie preferences” link at the bottom of every page or from the button below.

Website security

To protect the site from unauthorised access we record logins to the dashboard and failed attempts, with the IP address of the connection, and for a limited time we block connections that enter the wrong password several times. These data are processed on the basis of the legitimate interest in the security of the site (art. 6(1)(f) and art. 32 GDPR) and deleted after 90 days. Anyone who finds a vulnerability can report it to the contact given in the security.txt file.
